Rule 4
Research and investigation
:
(1) According to rule 3, after the distributor receives the notification of the fault, the investigation officer shall start the investigation and investigation as soon as possible.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the necessary assistance of the nearest police, local administration and local bodies can be taken during the investigation and investigation.
(3) During the investigation and investigation, the investigating officer shall make necessary inquiries with the offender and record what he has expressed in writing and keep it properly printed. If the delinquent refuses to do the printing, the same behavior will have to be reported.
(4) During the investigation and investigation, the investigating officer shall disclose the following matters and issue a warrant:-
(a) Particulars of the offender and the persons associated with the offence,
(b) the date, place and manner of the offence,
(c) Goods, equipment and other details related to the offence.
(5) If during the investigation and investigation, the investigating officer has reasonable grounds to believe that there are goods or equipment related to the offense in a place, he shall enter such place and if found goods and equipment related to the offense, take possession of such goods and prepare a bond for such goods and make two copies thereof and give one copy to the concerned person. Another copy should be attached to the file.
(6) While making the arrest in accordance with sub-rule (4) and issuing bond as per sub-rule (5), the investigating officer shall keep at least one member of the concerned village development committee or ward committee of the municipality, three local persons and persons associated with the offense until found. However, the person associated with the offense or the member of the Village Development Committee or the Ward Committee of the municipality is not present and is not in Rohwar, it shall not be considered as an obstacle to the preparation of the Surgmin Muchulka or the bond as per sub-rule (5).
